Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at Support@aknpets.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions from there.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, your order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
